Why is there Japanese in your logo/name?

OSHiiPOP「オシーポップ」is inspired by the Japanese culture, which is reflected in our brand name and logo. While we are not a Japanese company, we appreciate the creativity and influence of Japanese culture, and we want to bring that inspiration into our products & services. The mix of English and Japanese in our name represents our fusion of styles and global influences.

Are you a news based website?

While we do feature news based articles, we are not a news centric website. Instead, we focus on sharing content that interests or inspires us, including but not limited to topics such as technology, gaming, entertainment, fashion, and food. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and the subjects we cover may evolve based on our changing interests.

Do you have a posting schedule?

We do not currently follow a strict posting schedule; however, we ensure that we post content daily. In our previous experiences, adhering to a fixed schedule felt restrictive, so instead, we have chosen to approach OSHiiPOP「オシーポップ」with a sense of creativity and enjoyment. While there is no set schedule, you can expect new content each day.

If you have Japanese themes why is your site in English?

We are currently in the process of learning Japanese. Once we achieve an N3 or N2 level of proficiency, we plan to offer both an English and Japanese version of OSHiiPOP「オシーポップ」. However, until then, we are still in the learning phase. As of the time of writing, our proficiency level is approximately N5.

Why can't I return an item?

We currently don't offer returns at the moment, but this will change as time goes on. Please check out our socials to stay up to date.

Why did my package come in a different box or envelope?

We use multiple manufacturers to ship out the products that is listed for sale at this time.

Why is the price so high?

The price you see includes both the cost of the item and the shipping costs. This is why it may seem high, but it's because we include shipping in the total price.

Why do you only ship in the USA?

OSHiiPOP「オシーポップ」is located in the USA, so it makes sense for us to ship here. Additionally, there are associated fees for international shipping. However, this might change in the future please check out our socials to stay updated.

How can I track my package?

We send you an order number after each purchase. You can email us at oshiipop@gmail.com with your order number, and we can send you tracking updates on your package for you.

My product arrived damaged. How can I get a replacement or return it?

If your product arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible either via our contact page or via our socials. If we determine that the damage was caused during shipping and not due to misuse or intentional damage, we will issue a refund. However, if we find that the damage was self-inflicted, we will not provide a refund, as we do not support fraudulent or spam-related refund claims.

What sizes do you offer for your clothing?

We offer a range of sizes from (Small) to (XL) to fit different body types. Please check our sizing on each product page.

Why do you do unisex sizing ?

We use a unisex sizing model on all our clothing. We do this to reduce sizing issues and ensure everyone can enjoy our products.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary depending on the product, but most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after purchace. Shipping times will depend on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not be possible depending on the item. Please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
